Email privacy.
An email address is required for a first download from this website. Joining the updates mailing list is optional.
If you only request a Mac download link, Resend sends that one email. We store your address in Resend to record the download request, with updates turned off unless you opt in. Resend may retain delivery logs. Updates require a separate, unchecked consent box.
When you agree to updates, your address is subscribed directly in Resend. We store the consent wording, version, signup source and acceptance time in your Resend contact record. There is no email confirmation step.
After a successful email submission, a cookie remembers this browser for 90 days so you can download again without re-entering your email. The cookie contains no email address. Clearing cookies or using another browser means you’ll need to enter it again.
Your email is never included in website analytics, and signing up does not upload recordings or transcripts. Email preference pages are excluded from analytics.
Resend manages subscription preferences and opt-outs. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Contact founder@paperpilot.me to request deletion of your subscription record.
